MAPPING (GIS) - Planning and Zoning
 The Commission works on a wide variety of mapping projects for the towns and villages of Manitowoc County. Some of the GIS data layers maintained by the Commission include floodplains, wetlands, zoning, hydrology and farmland preservation areas.
Maps and Brochures - County Clerks Office
 State of Wisconsin and Manitowoc County maps can be picked up in our office at no charge. Brochures are available for the Conservation Patron License, Wild Ginseng, Turkey Hunting, Facts about CWD, Lake Michigan Carferry Service, Manitowoc Transit Service, The Lifespan Approach, Ice Age Trail, Wisconsin Biking Guide, Wisconsin Travel Tour Guides, and numerous other guides and regulations.
Marriage Licenses - County Clerks Office
 Marriage licenses can be obtained from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM on Mondays and 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM Tuesday through Friday. Applicants must apply in their county of residence. See marriage license brochure for necessary documents to bring in, fees, and other requirements.

Master Gardeners - University of Wisconsin - Extension
 Master Gardeners are trained volunteers who aid University of Wisconsin Cooperative Extension staff in helping communities better understand horticulture. The goal of the program is to educate and encourage volunteers to help the public with their horticulture inquiries. Click here for Manitowoc County Master Gardener Website.
Mediation services - Family Court Commissioner
 Forms are available to obtain mediation for parties involved in family court litigation.
Medicaid - Human Services Department - Economic Support Services at the Job Center
 Medicaid provides medical services to low-income families with children, pregnant women, elderly and disabled individuals, including assistance with nursing home costs. A co-payment or premium may be required for some types of Medicaid.

Mercury - Public Works - Recycling Center
 Mercury thermometers and mercury containing devices are accepted at the MRF during normal business hours. Residents that bring in mercury thermometers qualify for a digital thermometer exhange. One digital thermometer will be exchanged per household that brings in any mercury thermometer. Additional mercury containing devices that are accepted include: Thermostats, barometers, mercury switches, and bulk mercury. Residents dropping off mercury at the MRF are asked to bring items in sealed containers.

Monitoring and Enforcement - Child Support Enforcement Agency
 Upon application for services, the Child Support Agency can assist in implementing income withholding. If an arrangement exists, the Agency can request a tax intercept. There are a number of enforcement tools available if support is not being paid including placing liens on property, suspension of drivers and other state issued licenses, and civil contempt charges.
Moving Permits - Highway Commission
 Issues moving permits for County Trunk Highways only. Example: Highways with letters ? A,B,C, etc. Moving permits cover weight, height, and over width measures.
