Our office has copies of birth, death and marriage records that occurred in Manitowoc County dating back to the 1850's. Copies can be obtained in person or mail by downloading an application form. Simply click on Forms/Documents in the green bar above. There you will see Birth, Death or Marriage Record Application forms.
